Lead Video Producer

Christ Fellowship is a dynamic multi-site church spread throughout Miami-Dade County. The mission of our church is to help others follow Jesus. We are currently looking for a creative and passionate individual to join our staff team as a Lead Video Producer. This person will help communicate the vision and values of our church through the creation of compelling videos. Our goal is to introduce real people to a real God and we believe this position has a big part in making that happen. Working Relationships

The Lead Video Producer will be a full-time staff member who will serve under the Creative Director for all video production needs.

 

Durites & Responsibilities

​

• Responsible for facilitating video projects, coordinating the team from concept to completion, create and execute as a producer, videographer, editor, writer, and director.

• Lead our in-house video team and maintain a fluid production schedule for the department.

• Lead team meetings and one-on-ones, using them as opportunities to develop the team.

• Generate shot lists, story development, scriptwriting, and storyboards, as well as all other aspects of pre and post-production.

• Manage workflow, studio inventory, asset management, and video archive.

• Brainstorm, research and write new ideas for video content and scripts.

• Ensure high-quality and highest impact videos are created for internal and external audiences.

• Support to ensure our videos are well produced, correctly formatted and on brand.

• Cultivate, lead and manage a team of video and producer volunteers.

Education & Requirements

​

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in film, TV production, journalism, video or an equivalent area of study.

• Seven or more years of video production experience in a variety of settings.

• Two or more years of supervisory experience. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.  

• Knowledgeable on management and operation of video equipment (cameras, lighting, etc.)

• General understanding of task management, including the ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous projects.

• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Be actively engaged in the life of the church by living out the mission and vision of Christ Fellowship.

Preferred Skills

​

• Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge.

• Motion Graphics knowledge.
