Christ Fellowship is a dynamic multi-site spread throughout Miami-Dade County.  The mission of our church is to make fully devoted followers of Christ.  We are currently looking for a full-time Worship Ministry Director who will provide leadership and influence the worship vision, strategy, alignment, standardization, programs, and resources to all campuses. The Worship Ministry Director will serve under the Weekend Experience Director and will work alongside the Campus Worship Directors and Campus Pastors. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Resource staff member to the worship ministry staff at the multiple campuses: Vision casting, alignment, communication, coaching, encouragement/celebrations, accountability, and resources

• Ensure the DNA of our entire worship ministry is implemented in each campus.  The content, environment, and programming should be communicable and reproducible for all campuses (identifiable versus Identical).

• Resource to the Campus Worship Directors to ensure the worship environment & atmosphere at all campuses creatively expresses the message series (Resource Worship).  Be part of the creative planning worship experiences in CF.

• Oversee song creation at Christ Fellowship, helping others create songs that minister to our church and city.

• Leadership Development: Disciple, equips, and apprentices a director and develops new and existing volunteers. Recruit, train, and build relationships with current staff and volunteers.  Minister to team through prayer, communication and other means (Ephesians 4:11-12)

• Oversee the annual budget and financial stewardship of the CF Worship budgets. 

 

Required Experience & Education:

• 5 years or more as a Worship Director/Pastor of a multi-site church; leading multiple staff members.

• Bachelor of Arts in a related field.
